Biological bag film

Biological bag film is a multi-layer co-extrusion process disposable biological process bag film material and its preparation method, using LLDPE and ULDPE as liquid contact layer, LDPE and LLDPE as protective layer, nylon/ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer/nylon or nylon/ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer multi-layer structure as a gas barrier layer.

Select the appropriate bonding layer and the appropriate thickness; the prepared disposable biological process bag has strong puncture resistance, gas barrier property, water resistance, strength, bending resistance and transparency, and also has excellent heat sealing performance, good biocompatibility, high cell culture density, excellent cell culture effect, simple preparation process, convenient operation and high efficiency. It can be used to prepare disposable bioreactor bags, liquid storage bags, mixing bags, weighing bags, feed bags, etc.
